## Watch a technical briefing on the theory and operation of pressure reducing regulators, then sign up for our next webinar on how to choose a pressure reducing regulator.

In a live technical webinar, customers of Swagelok Northern California received a 30 minute briefing from Swagelok field engineer and regulator expert Eric Kayla.  He is back and ready to teach you how to choose the right one for your application.

In a live technical webinar, customers of Swagelok Northern California received a 30 minute briefing from Swagelok field engineer and regulator expert Eric Kayla.  Kayla discussed what pressure reducing regulators do and how they work, including:

- **Regulator operating principles: the balance of forces**
- **Key components: sensing and mechanisms, hard vs. soft seats **
- **Advantages of a two stage regulator**
- **Common regulator terms**

In January, he returns with a live detailed session on how to match the pressure reducing regulator to the job.
