Your specs and our Assembly Services team make an ideal combination

"William has learned the hard way that it's far better if he can simply outsource the task of assembling his components from A to Z so they arrive at his door completed tested and put together in a quality fashion."

When you need a new assembly, a panel, or a subsystem, you don't have to do it yourself. Having our Assembly Services team do it for you drastically reduces your ownership costs associated with procurement, engineering and installation. We have the tools, the materials and the expertise, and we have enough of all three to use them efficiently.

That means you get a well-crafted product, delivered in good time without wasted parts or effort.

Simplicity

No matter how complex your project is, our Assembly Services team makes the process simple. Instead of looking up dozens of part numbers from multiple vendors, you'll have only one single part number for the completed assembly.

Because we're the ones gathering the parts prior to assembly, you don't have to worry about sourcing them, ordering them, receiving them and warehousing them. Your own employees are free to do their primary jobs instead of working out a design through trial and error. We'll put our engineering team to work to create drawings and options for your project. You'll receive a finished drawing and a quote for your approval.

Sit back and relax

For the assembly itself, you won't have to purchase specialty tools, or try to "make do" with the tools you already have. There's no lost production time while your employees get training and practice with unfamiliar tools or techniques. Our assemblers already have a high degree of familiarity with the components and the sophisticated tools. They are certified orbital welders, top-notch tubing benders, and trained, experienced installers that use their expert skills to deliver safe, leak-free, reliable connections each and every time.

You won't have to worry about how well the completed project will perform. We test every job for leaks and functionality before it leaves our Assembly Services department. We stand by our work.

All you have to do is be ready to take delivery at the time promised.

And if you ever need more of the same project made at a later date, we will have the drawings on file.

If that sounds like that would be a load off your mind, then maybe we should talk about your next project.
