Researchers have gained new insights into how water molecules interact

How can water be ubiquitous on our planet, and yet scientists do not fully understand the interaction between individual water molecules? Now for the first time researchers have been able to completely observe all of the movements between the water molecules, which will help explain some of water’s stranger properties, like reaching its highest density at 4 degrees Celsius.
