We help you maintain a sanitary and sterile environment that's easy to clean

In tightly regulated Life Sciences industries like biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, plant operators and design engineers can’t change parts on a whim. Start with Swagelok components and services, and you'll be well on your way to a well-run system.

TS Series Biopharm Fittings

Swagelok Northern California offers Swagelok's TS Series Biopharm Fittings, which virtually eliminate fluid holdup, improve drainability, enhance cleanability, provide easy assembly, and come in sizes from 1/2 inch through 4 inches. They are a cleaner alternative to the traditional sanitary fitting.

PFA Hose

Swagelok U series PFA hose has an extreme resistance to chemicals. It has all the necessary FDA compliance. Documentation comes with each hose certifying the materials of construction, and the pressure testing. Swagelok PFA hose is highly flexible, with a smooth-bore PFA core. An optional carbon black-filled PFA core is available for applications that require static dissipation. Swagelok Coreflex U series hose is commonly used where high flexibility, chemical compatibility, and a smooth exterior cover are desired.

Pharma & Biopharm Steam System Optimization

At Swagelok Northern California, we realize that it's important to go beyond a one-size-fits all approach to steam systems. That's why we have put together a special steam system training course for pharmaceutical and biopharm companies. Our course in Pharmaceutical and Biopharm Steam System Reliability, Safety, and Optimization reviews all aspects of a pharmaceutical steam system. We cover steam dynamics, condensate piping, clean steam generation and components, ASME codes, and industry-specific items such as CIP Systems. This is a hands-on class, with groups working on different tasks relating to a steam system.
