To meet your unique needs, a reliable critical fluid systems component and service supplier must be more than just a parts vendor; they should also be able to provide design and engineering services while offering expertise and experience across a variety of industries and applications.

Since 1947, Swagelok Northern California has been offering fluid systems solutions for clients in a range of industries, including alternative energy, life sciences, power, and petrochemical. Over the years, we’ve built both simple and complex systems to help customers optimize their manufacturing processes. To showcase this varied work, we’ve compiled a comprehensive collection of case studies.

These case studies delve into past assembly solutions, highlighting every phase of design, production, and post-installation service. Our team has provided complete start-to-finish solutions to solve urgent operational problems for a range of applications, from mobile applications and smart components to custom gas panels and threaded connections for analytical instrumentation.

Two Case Studies: Solutions to a gas collection process and test equipment reinstallation

One case study in our new eBook outlines the work we did for a client in the petrochemical industry. They approached us seeking a solution for valve stem tips that were repeatedly becoming bent during the gas collection process. Our team identified two sources causing the damage and quickly replaced the tips with a better-fitting model.

In another case, an air quality research lab approached us to fix connection ends that had become loose after reinstallation of essential test equipment at a new facility. Within 24 hours of the call, the Swagelok team was evaluating on site, and we were able to deliver custom CAD drawings by the end of the day.

These are just a couple of examples of Swagelok’s assembly solutions expertise. Our dedicated team will design and develop a comprehensive solution to fit your unique needs — no matter how complex or unique the application — while staying within budget and time constraints.
