How to Update Your Email Signature for the Last Time

I'm not exaggerating!!!
Below is a step by step how to video and step by step instructions
If you use the email signature text, the links provided below, use "Link to File" for the image insert, and follow the steps below (and in the video), then you will not have to update your email signature again this year and maybe forever.

- Be sure when you insert the image you insert "Link to File"
Step 1: Create a new email signature - in Outlook, click on File > Options > Mail > Signatures > New > Name the signature "Email Sig" > Click OK
Step 2: Copy the text below, paste it into a text file and update it with your name, title, and phone, then copy it and paste it into your new email signature.

* In the email signature window, make sure the text is Arial 10
Step 3: Embed this link https://northerncal.swagelok.com/locations in the last line in the email signature - Locations and Office Hours
Step 4: Copy the email signature image link

Insert "Link to File" in the email signature

Step 5: Copy the hyperlink to embed in the image

Step 6: Choose "Email Sig" as your default signature, then click Okay and Okay
