Swagelok valves

View types below on this page. Fill the form to get details by email.

Known for durability, our leak-tight, long-lasting valves are available in a variety of materials and pressure ratings.

The true cost of a valve is not its purchase price. The true cost is the purchase price plus the cost of owning and maintaining or replacing that valve over time.

Swagelok is your best option for repeatable, leak-tight connections. Our valves range from instrumentation and process ball, check, diaphragm-sealed, and metering to shutoff and regulating needle, process instrumentation, manifolds, and more.

How to choose? Our Valves Resource Collection has answers. It puts all the best info in your hands, in one step. Like a valve selection worksheet, article on valve types, bulletin on valve sizing (including detailed information on flow coefficients), and more. Just fill the form and check your email inbox.

Pro tip: Get an assembly that includes exactly the right valves for your application, and is backed by the same strong warranty as our individual parts.

Types of Swagelok valves

Ball Valves

Available in a variety of standard materials and end connections. Offered in high flow and quick-quarter turn manual or pneumatic actuation. Engineered for repeatable, leak-tight shutoff. Low overall cost of ownership. Can be manufactured or configured to a wide range of specifications. Fill the form to get details.

Bellows-Sealed Valves

Reliable, leak-tight performance with a packless design where a seal to atmosphere is especially critical. Welded seal isolates system fluids to prevent leaks to atmosphere. Multiple options for general and high-purity service. Fill the form to get details by email.

Bleed and Purge Valves

Designed to safely bleed system pressure prior to maintenance, removal of an instrument, or when calibrating control devices. Knurled caps permanently assembled to the valve bodies to enhance safety. Fill the form to get details by email.

Check Valves

Swagelok offers a broad line of adjustable and fixed cracking pressure check valves to control back flow in general-service and high-purity applications. Designed to allow fluids to flow in one direction only. Rated for use in medium- and high-pressure applications. Fill the form to get details by email.

Diaphragm-Sealed Valves

Available in a wide variety of sizes, materials, and configurations to fill your needs for high-purity and ultrahigh-purity applications. Long cycle life and provide effective shutoff. Actuator options including manual, pneumatic, and locking. Fill the form to get details by email.

Excess Flow Valves

Stop the uncontrolled release of system media when a downstream line ruptures. Reset automatically when pressure is restored. Reduce maintenance time. Eliminate the need for complex bypass mechanisms. Fill the form to get details by email.

Valve Manifolds

Choose from a variety of manifold valves and related products for instrumentation applications. Designed for static pressure, liquid level, and differential pressure applications. Available in traditional or compact inline body designs, for use in instrument, direct-mount, remote-mount, and module systems. Compact assembly design, resulting in reduced size and weight. Fewer potential leak points. Body material options such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and duplex stainless steel, and packing materials such as PTFE, for system versatility, and Grafoil®, for extended temperature ratings. Easy to install and maintain. Fill the form to get details by email.

Medium-Pressure Ball Valves

Swagelok offers both trunnion-style and subsea service ball valves for medium-pressure applications. Trunnion-style medium-pressure FKB series ball valves offer low-torque, quarter-turn operation in a compact design providing positive shutoff in applications up to 20 000 psig (1378 bar). IPT Series trunnion-style ball valves offer low-torque, quarter-turn operation in a compact design providing positive shutoff in applications up to 20 000 psig (1378 bar). Subsea service ball valves are bi-directional, 2-way trunnion-style valves designed for workover applications up to 15 000 psig (1034 bar). IPT series trunnion-style and subsea service ball valves are available for sour gas applications with materials selected in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO15156. Fill the form to get details by email.

Medium- and High-Pressure Check Valves

Ball-seal poppet, soft-seal poppet or dual-seal ball check valves are available with working pressures up to 60 000 psig (4134 bar) and a nominal cracking pressure of 15 psi (1.0 bar) in 316 stainless steel with end connections 1/4 to 1 in. in size. These valves are available for sour gas applications with materials selected in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO15156. Fill the form to get details by email.

Medium- and High-Pressure Needle Shutoff and Regulating Valves

The IPT series needle valves are available in a variety of 2-way and 3-way configurations, straight and angle patterns. The 316 stainless steel body with medium- or high-pressure end connections enables working pressures up to 60 000 psig (4134 bar). Manual and pneumatically actuated style valves are available. These valves are available for sour gas applications with materials selected in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO15156. Fill the form to get details by email.

Medium- and High-Pressure Relief Valves

Simple, reliable, over-pressure protection for a variety of general-industry applications. Easy external set pressure adjustment. Fill the form to get details by email.
