Tube Benders: Benchtop
We offer both manual and electric benchtop benders. They have rugged aluminum construction with 1 to 180° bend range for tubing with OD 1/4 to 1 1/4 in. The manual model can be operated with a 1/2 in. drill motor using an optional torque clutch and support arm. A rugged wheeled case protects bender and fits tool kit. Tube Coning & Threading Tool
Rent tube coning tools to prep the end of heavy wall stainless steel tubing. The manual coning and threading tool is designed to cone and thread 1/4, 3/8, and 9/16 inch Swagelok IPT series tube in order to make tube nipples. The tools are designed with interchangeable coning blades, bushings and threading dies.
Tube Fitter's Toolbox
The Swagelok Tube Fitter’s Toolbox contains a complete set of Swagelok hand tools designed specifically for fabricating tubing systems. The set of tools are designed for use with the three most common tube sizes - 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 in. OD tubing. All of the tools are securely contained in a lockable, water resistant case with wheels to make transporting easy.
