One global team of thousands
Swagelok strives for an exceptional customer experience. In large part, that experience is created by our people—our sales and service center principals, corporate leaders, and associates worldwide. These individuals go to extraordinary lengths with the customer in mind.
Quality standards
The Swagelok Quality System (SQS) is a business management system enabling sales and service centers to systematically manage and improve processes throughout their supply chains. Swagelok Northern California is evaluated on SQS implementation by an independent third-party. Our center is also certified to ISO 9001 quality management standard. We get a full ISO audit every three years, and partial audits every year.
