Schrödinger’s Cat with 20 Qubits

If you’re a fan of quantum mechanics, you know all about Edward Schrödinger’s hypothetical dead/not-dead cat. Scientists now control 20 entangled qubits, or quantum bits, in the cat’s state of superposition. This breaks the previous record of 14 entangled qubits, and is a leap forward in the development of quantum computers.
